An USB device is blocking when MacOS tries to transition into sleep. It's a common problem, you could try to identify the USB device or disable automatic sleep.

An USB device is blocking when MacOS tries to transition into sleep. It's a common problem, you could try to identify the USB device or disable automatic sleep.
Only thing I have plugged in is my gaming mouse and keyboard. Disabled automatic sleep and downloaded Xcode so I can USB map.

I had the same problem on my build. Disabling ErP in the BIOS fixed it for me. It was set to s4 +s5.
