An USB device is blocking when MacOS tries to transition into sleep. It's a common problem, you could try to identify the USB device or disable automatic sleep.

It looks like the AMD sleep crash on Dortania TS Guide.
I had the same issue with a different chipset so the cause might be different. I posted my workaround here If it can help.

Only thing I have plugged in is my gaming mouse and keyboard. Disabled automatic sleep and downloaded Xcode so I can USB map.

I had the same problem on my build. Disabling ErP in the BIOS fixed it for me. It was set to s4 +s5.
