Hello. I reached the menu for selecting a disk for installation. when I select a disk, I see the message "the version of mac os installed on this mac is newer then the version you are trying to instal". please help. I spent all day trying to fix the problem

Don't take shortcuts. I used to do that myself but i guarantee you that everything works the best when you build your own EFI. It takes a bit of time and patience at first but it's defenitly worth it. Just follw this amazing guide https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/prerequisites.html
