Everything is working accept wake/sleep.
I followed the Dortania guide for the most time.
The only thing I had to do was selecting the output speakers in the system preferences for connecting the audio.
For installing the nvidea web drivers I used this code for my version of high Sierra 17G66.

- Installed OS : High Sierra 10.13.6 (due to de GTX 1080)
- CPU : Ryzen 5 3600
- Motherboard : Asus Crosshair Hero VI X370
- RAM : 32GB 3200Mhz
- GPU : Nvidea GTX 1080
- HDD : Samsung 240 GB SSD
