I've been running this system for a few months already and thought of sharing here. Everything was working well except for the sleep that doesn't wake up if there's a USB 2.0 device plugged into the XHC0 port. Tried looking for fix but no luck. Anyway, I'm not using those ports so sleep/wakeup works just fine for me. 
My system specs is visible on the screenshot and is also in my signature. I also tried running Big Sur, but the app I'm using for work is a bit slow when on BS so I reverted back to Catalina.
