Hello, here is the configuration of my hackintosh

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3900X
Motherboard: Gigabyte x570 AORUS ELITE
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8) 3000MHz DDR4
SSD: PNY CS3030 1TB for macOS + PNY CS3030 1TB for Windows 10
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700XT NITRO+
Case: Bequiet Pure Base 500
Wifi - BT : Fenvi T919
Bootloader: OC 0.6.2
BIOS : F30
OS: Catalina 10.15.7 - Windows 10 Pro

OpenCore:

ACPI
- SSDT-EC-USBX-DESKTOP

Kexts
  • Lilu.kext
  • Whatevergreen.kext
  • VirtualSMC.kext
  • AppleALC.kext (canal 1)
  • SmallTreeIntel82576.kext (for ethernet)
  • AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext
  • NvmeFix.kext (for see SSD Nvme internally)
  • AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext

SMBIOS
IMacPro 1,1

Boot Args :
agdpmod=pikera alcid1

Drivers
  • OpenCanopy.efi
  • HfsPlus.efi
  • OpenRuntime.efi

What works :

USB ports
Wifi / Bluetooth
Apple Service
Audio

What doesn't work :

Sleep

The only problem I have at the moment is that once MacOS is installed, I can't boot from the USB key. If I want to do an update of openCore on the USB key for example before doing it on the SSD, it doesn't work. I only have the possibility to reinstall MacOS completely or I get this message "OCB: StartImage failed - Already started".

I tried booting directly on the usb key via the BIOS, same problem.

Do you have an idea to solve this problem?

Here is my current EFI, which works but if you have any remarks to optimize it, I'm interested :)

I follow the dortania guide so bios settings are :

Disable

  • Fast Boot
  • Secure Boot
  • Serial/COM Port
  • Parallel Port
  • CSM (Compatibility Support Module)

Enable

  • Above 4G decoding
  • EHCI/XHCI Hand-off
  • OS type: Windows 8.1/10 UEFI Mode
  • SATA Mode: AHCI
