Hi everyone,
I saw the announcement of AMD's upcoming Radeon Pro VII a week back and I am really excited what that card has to offer!
This card is literally a consumer version of the Radeon Instinct MI50 just like the Radeon VII and the best bit is that is also sports the Infinity Fabric fingers which give it the ability to run in multi-GPU together! The Infinity fabric bridge is available in a two- and three-slot variant. Sadly there is no possibility to hook them up in a 4-way configuration like the Instinct cards unless someone can dig up an 8-slot bridge from a datacenter… But I’m so stoked to see this with all the extra features it has over the RX version like ECC memory, the I/O portion of the Instinct card (PCIe 4.0, six miniDisplayPorts, Infinity Fabric etc.)
Seeing this announcement made some questions pop up in my head which I hope some you could answer:

- Will this card have Mojave support because it is literally a Vega 20 GPU? Or is macOS GPU compatibility on a BIOS-only solution or maybe because it has different I/O (PCIe 4.0 instead of 3.0 on the RX version)
- Will it work properly with the Infinity Fabric bridge in tandem on Ryzentosh? The Mac Pro uses the same thing on the Pro Vega II/Duo (be it on the PCB or the external interconnect) or does there have to be any extra hackery done?
- If the Infinity Fabric bridge would work, will it work on any SMBIOS or does it have to be on the MacPro 7,1 one?
