Problems signing in with the app store

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the app store. When I try to log in or download an app it tells me "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store". I have already tried to connect the apple ID to an iPhone but nothing to do. I can easily log into iCloud from the hackintosh. The hackintosh has these components:
Ryzen 7 3700x
Radeon XFX rx 5700xt
Asus Rog Strix X570 f-gaming
Ram Corsair vengeance pro RGB 16gb 3200Mhz

when i click review it makes me log in again but i always get this error.

Ok try this. Head over to https://appleid.apple.com and sign in. Navigate to "Payment & Shipping" and enter your billing and shipping address, then try logging in again.

Do you have payment information saved? It's an issue that seems to happen on real Macs and iOS devices too.
