Disable the HDMIAudio kext and reboot then send me an IOReg.

There's no HDAU loaded there. Try with this. I've adapted an SSDT to hopefully work on your system.

Unfortunately still no luck, can’t see hdmi as an audio output

I see the issue. Just realised you are using Big Sur lol. There's an issue with VoodooHDA on Big Sur. Here's a work around from the developer, https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/314406-voodoohda-297/page/20/?tab=comments#comment-2756841
I've followed the steps, but still no HDMI Audio output. the only difference is that the kext is loaded from system instead from EFI. I want to underline that the audio was already working, but only using the standard green jack of the pc

Update: It says bad code signature

Try with this version. Use the method Slice suggested and remove it from your EFI.

Still no luck, I guess it’s because I’m using a cable which convert DVI to HDMI
