Hi,

I am trying to install macOS Catalina using https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/

I am not able to activate my ethernet connection (to install macOS Recovery).

My kexts : AppleALC.kext, FakePCIID.kext, FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext, FakePCIID_Intel_I225-V.kext, Lilu.kext, VirtualSMC.kext, WhateverGreen.kext

Hardware
Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B550-I
Ethernet: Intel I225-V 2.5Gbit
Audio: Realtek ALCS1220A
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: Asus Rog Strix RX 5500 XT O8G
RAM: HYPERX FURY DDR4 2666 16GB(8G×2)

Do you have any idea?

Hey would you mind sharing your EFI folder ?

I have an Asus tuf gaming b550 mobo and I am unable to get beyond 'exitbs' error.

Hi,

I found a way to make it works !

À_propos_de_ce_Mac.png

Also I am able to use iCloud, AppStore, iMessage, FaceTime,...
But the sound doesn't work properly.

The solution to enable my ethernet :
  1. Use these kexts : FakePCIID.kext, FakePCIID_Intel_I225-V.kext
  2. Update config.plist (DeviceProperties)
<key>DeviceProperties</key>
<dict>
<key>Add</key>
<dict>
<key>PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x2)/Pci(0x0,0x2)/Pci(0x9,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0)</key>
<dict>
<key>device-id</key>
<data>8hUAAA==</data>
</dict>
</dict>
<key>Delete</key>
<dict/>
</dict>
Next step : Enable wifi... if anyone can help :rolleyes: (without changing my wifi card).
