Poor performance

In any operation of copy, paste, or doing something with development tools (like npm install) it takes much longer than normal, what could be the problem?

Important: I am using HDD disks for some operations, but when I do operations also on the SSD they are somewhat slow, or to perform operations from an HDD to the SSD it is also slow. I use FUSE for macOS, has something to do with it? In short, I really notice a better performance when performing operations on windows, but I need macOS for compatibility reasons and also it makes me much more beautiful and comfortable to work on it.
