That indicated that the installer is most likely damaged. Although from what I can tell you're using HighSierraAMD which we don't support anymore. Only vanilla installs are supported. Check out the Dortania guide. There's a section for legacy board without UEFI too,

Here. Extract the kext from the zip archive and add it to your EFI kext folder and replace the config with this one.

Hi Shane, my master I did exactly what you say but I received the same error, I was thinking, In Dortania Guide the image of High Sierra is BaseSystem ( with 486,3 MB ) It is sulfficient to Install Mac Os High Sierra? or I need install a iso of High Sierra to my Usb Flash Drive called "MyVolume"

Searching for solution in internet I had already put rtl8111 in kext drive, and I used command in terminal too : ntpdate -u time.apple.com
and too with sudo in the begin, but i received erros too and dont work...

Thanks to you Shane my friend, with your help open core works, and boot works too and i arrived in the instalation screen

but unfortunatelly Im receiving this error when i click in continue to install High Sierra : The recovery server could not be contacted.

The smaller installer is a recovery install. This means when you run it, the application downloads the nessecary files from Apple. The larger versions are for an offline install. This should work for your setup too. Just use the same config I sent you.
