I use Opencore 0.5.7 with 10.15.1 macos version and not detect correctly the FSB frequency. In BIOS write 99 MHz and in the debug log write 91 MHz. The CPUFrequency detect perfect same in BIOS and same in debug log 3393 MHz. How can i solve this?

Run the following in Terminal and share the output, sysctl -a | grep freq

hw.busfrequency_max: 364000000
hw.cpufrequency: 3400000000
hw.cpufrequency_min: 3400000000
hw.cpufrequency_max: 3400000000
hw.tbfrequency: 1000000000
machdep.tsc.frequency: 3669004041

with Clover (i use this now)
hw.busfrequency: 168000000
hw.busfrequency_min: 168000000
hw.busfrequency_max: 168000000
hw.cpufrequency: 3394000000
hw.cpufrequency_min: 3394000000

Well that's a bit different. Are both bootloaders using the kernel patches and not the custom kernel?

Yes both use kernel patches.
Same with Opencore 0.5.8 version.
