OpenCore Black Screen no Picklist

Hi guys I just went through the guide on Dortania to create a AMD Catalina USB drive OpenCore 0.7.4 and after I boot the system all I get is a black screen (no pick list)
Can anyone shed some light on what I've done wrong please? Thanks in advance..
