You've not got the latest patches. There should only be 16 and the error mentioned isn't included anymore. As for AirportItlwm.kext it's entered incorrectly in your config or the kext is missing from the EFI.

Thanks a lot for your reply and spend some time to see my issue.

As I'm desperately trying to install macOS Monterey with OC 0.7.5, trying with multiple EFI found on this forum.

Sorry for uploading the wrong EFI, please find the correct EFI attached.
I downloaded the latest patch from https://github.com/AMD-OSX/AMD_Vanilla/tree/master

This can be your starting point.
Be very patient at all the reboot. to be sure wait until 15 mn
Put the wifi kext for Monterey, be aware to reset your Nvram
chooe the good starting disk each time in the Bios

Thanks for you reply.

I did the below as mention.
1. used shared EFI.
2. Used SMBIO for MacPro7,1
3. added AirportItlwm_v2.0.0_stable_Monterey.kext
4. reset the Nvram

But Still stuck at same place :-(

Follow the same recommandations
I tried this too with little modification like below.
1. SMBIOS details.
2. SETTING THE CORRECT CORE COUNT FOR MY CPU " 10 "
3. BIOS setting as per guide.

Still stuck at the same point :-(

@Danish297 I just ensured it was the latest OpenCore and gave it a cleanup. It's a good idea to clear the NVRAM when you make changes to the EFI.

I always get a boot loop. Has anyone successfully installed 12.1 Monterey?

Update OC, kexts and kernel patches then clear NVRAM. Update should then work.
