Music and Apple TV+ issues after Upgrade to Big sur Beta 9

I successfully upgraded to beta9.
When I turn on the music.app and Appletv+.app for the first time after I turn it on, it can be used normally.
But when I close music.app , a message box about the user's music library appeared.
If I force close the software, it cannot be opened again until the computer is restarted.
Can someone help me?

Here is my spec :
R7 2700X
16G memory
RX 5700 (It shows W5700X because I used a patch.)

This issue fixed in Beta 10.
