Same here, even with clover. Luckily I have the pci Ethernet card I bought when it stopped working to begin with in case they drop support for it.

for anyone facing problems like me, just Reset you NVRAM with the option on bootpicker and you should see updates again!

If your using OpenCore have you validated your config for errors?
Are you using the correct patches for AMD and the proper core count?
Too many variables without more information.

Actually the problem is your motherboard, You need to roll back the firmware until you find a working version that lets Monterey install. There is a problem with MSI motherboards and any version of Monterey past Beta 3. As you are not using a 5000 series CPU you can fix it by doing the above.

Looks like the Drivers section format does not match your version of OC, that changed in a recent version. Compare it to the sample.conf.

Also, your GPU is no longer supported on Monterey since one of the last Betas, you can patch back the old Kexts but there is no guarantee how long that works and you'd have to do that after every update... If you don't plan to change your GPU I'd just stay with Big Sur.

I'm going to get a new card.....(which one you recommend)
