Hello !

I recently build a new config and was trying to reinstall my hackintosh (10.15.4) but I ran into some trouble...

The EFI SMBIOS is registered as a MacPro7,1
The config is: Ryzen 9 3950x, MSI X570 Gaming Pro Carbon Wifi and a MSI RTX 5700 XT Gaming X
I followed and read every step from the detailed tutorial from https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Desktop-Guide/ and everything is going smooth, downloading is going +- 20/25 minute and then the reboot I pick to boot on drive where macOS Installer is located but shortly after the macOS Installer.app is having from my understanding a Kernel related issue.

Installer Log: https://pastebin.com/raw/DhGZMkNg
OpenCore Log: https://pastebin.com/raw/hnH18j1W

But my EFI seems using the recommended patch for the Zen series so I'm unsure at this point what is causing the issue, so if someone with a better knowledge could check it out and help me trying figure it out

EDIT: The SSD target for installation is a WD Black NVME N750D 500Go

Easy one :)

System Integrity Protection: disabled

You need to enable SIP

Code:
May 1 23:22:18 Mac-Pro ReportCrash[635]: System Integrity Protection: disabled

Is this BIOS or config.plist related?

My crs-active-config is at 00000000 whats the value required for enable?

Try an nvram reset.
But it seems that SIP is definaltey disabled for some reason and osx will not install if SIP is disabled.

But my value is already at 00000000 (in the EFI related to the kernel error) so I'm not sure then something else seems to be wrong

EDIT: I've tried again and the error still is the same on the Install Log but when I open the terminal from there and type csrutil status it's telling me that SIP is enable, yea I even tried older catalina but result was the same smh...

Try changing the SMBios to an iMac or iMacPro1,1. The crash seems to be GPU related.

Ok I finally got my hand on an older gpu (HD5870) and finally went pass the panic, it was actually related to the GPU, but why? The OS is installed and GPU swapped without problem after installation done everything running smooth

i use this config in ryzen 3 1200 - 8 gb ram - rx580 and works very well
i try on my friend's computer with nvidia
i can´t has hardware acceleration works... but using amd gpu work fine
i recently upload my config, just unzip and copy / paste in EFI partition

i believe this config works on any ryzen, only must disable nvidia
maybe your best options is sell your nvidia gpu and buy rx580 or vega64

lucky for you men
