Mac System freezes and mouse lags alot

Hi I'm new over here and build my first AMD OS X to my Pc. How ever I'm not sure why my Pc freezes randomly , sometime it smooth but most of the time it lags or freezes.
and my mouse is forever lagging. I'm not sure is it because of my system or maybe I have to reinstall Mac .
System: ryzen 7 1700
Gpu: RTX1060
ram: 16GB 2400MHZ
version 10.13.3
256GB SSD

even though I have the correct Nvidia GPU driver installed it was lagging. After I search the internet I used this
