Once in a while it happens to me too. I do not know what is.
I reset the config first, and set it to iMacPro1.1.
Now no style if it has any effect what series of poppy seed…
When he gave me that error, it was a modified config and MacPro7.1 series was installed.
(!) Don't refuse the way FaceTime and iMessages work, did you succeed?

Mine already has this configuration as iMacPro1,1 from the beginning.
This error happened two or three times in the span of three weeks.
FaceTime and iMessage work normally. What never worked here is hibernation.

Same for me, 3950x Taichi x570, happens every other day, in the middle of doing something, not clear what sets it off. What happens is my main screen shuts down black, my 1080p second monitor goes green. Sometimes the computer sound/video/zoom call still runs, but the screens are down. I try reconnecting the screens to no avail. Superweird! Exact same error as you.... Attaching below, fyi and for search results. This is the only issue making me keep and use my Mac Mini for mission critical Zoom calls. BTW this happens regardless of what I'm doing, not related to Zoom, AV, graphic intensive work. The most recent occurrence was then tying text into Messages (which works fine!).

Check into Dortania guide for mapping Memory for the MacPro 7.1. Its been done on Intel systems to improve stability by creating fake DDR4 memory slots.

I have a similar problem, but I'm on Big Sur 10.2.2. Safari is always slower than chrome (can this be related to the problem?). Sometimes the dock gets stuck and the system slows down (folder windows move slowly) or freezes and only the mouse pointer moves. upon reboot this error appears:

This has been affecting me for ages too! I tried everything, updating OpenCore, even taking apart my case and dusting everything. In the end, I took out the SMCAMDProcessor.kext and AMDRyzenCPUPowerManagement.kext kexts and everything went back to normal to me, hope this helps for some of you!
