As you are using an Nvidia GTX 1080 dGPU I assume you are aware that this dGPU is only supported in macOS High Sierra, and it requires the Nvidia Web Drivers to provide full acceleration in macOS.
You have an 8-core/16 Thread CPU (08) but have edited the AMD Kernel > patches for a 16-core CPU (10). You need to change the first two patches so they use 08 in place of 10. The third patch was set to 08.

You might want to think about adding the CleanNvram.efi and ResetSystem.efi Tools to your setup, as they will make live easier when you need to reset Nvram and reboot the system.
