How Can I make an "Offline" installer for Catalina 10.15.x?

Currently I'm using Catalina 10.15.5

I wanted to know if it is possible to make an offline installer of Catalina 10.15.x? I do not have a LAN connection and I use mobile internet (LTE) for all my internet needs, I can download as much as possible while being inside the OS but can't download anything while installing.

last time I had to take my PC to a cyber cafe to download the OS and it took about 5 hours. I can't do that now because of strict laws.

Download the Catalina App, right now it would be 10.15.6. You can download it here
There are many guides you can use for that, but basically it is the following.

• Download the OS file.
• Format a USB Drive (should be 16gb)
• Make a bootable USB stick with Terminal
• Once finished, mount the EFI partition and copy your OpenCore bootloader + files and your configured config.plist file to the EFI partition.

Basically that is all.
