Help me with the EFI please

im trying to install Monterey on new ssd, i formatted him and make new EFI with all the settings that i need by the Dorotina Guide.
this is what im getting when im trying to post from the USB stick.
and im attaching the EFI folder that i make.
i have
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
GPU: RTX 3080
GPU2: Gigabyte RX570
MOBO: X570 Aorus master
SSD: ADATA Swordfish 250GB (new)
i disabled the first pcie slot in the DeviceProperties (this is the RTX 3080).
if someone cam help me i will pay him

I just verified that the OpenCore version was updated and updated the kexts. I also verified the config was correct.
