Did you ensure you had the latest patches and kexts before updating?

It was a bit outdated. I've updated it to OC 0.7.0 and updated Lilu and it's accompanying kexts. Also I double check the kernel patches. Give this one a go,

I'd uncheck the option for automatic installation of system updates. First check here / other hackintosh forums if there are problems with an update.

Before updating use either OpenCore Configurator or Hackintool to see if the Kexts need updating.

As you can see, my kexts are out of date. No problems for 11.4 but prior to 11.5 (or 12.0) I will for sure be updating the kexts. Too many times I have been stung by the "if it works, don't change it" philosophy; It's always a 50/50 gamble. The same goes for OpenCore, especially on AMD systems. I went two system updates without having to change anything (boot loader, kexts) yet 11.4 forced me. Thank God for System Restore.
