Your GPU limits you to running macOS High Sierra, as your GTX 1060 requires the Nvidia Web Drivers if your system is to run with full graphics acceleration.
You might want to expand on the Motherboard and CPU descriptions, as what you wrote in your signature could be anything FX related.
