Hi i'm a new user on the forum!

I've a AMD Ryzen 3 2200g with vega 8 onboard and motherboard A320MH BIOSTAR + 8GB RAM

Its possible to install ryzentosh on it ? for example macOS Catalina or Big Sur

Hello and Welcome. The integrated Vega GPU doesn't work on macOS I'm afraid and the G series of Ryzen have an audio issue. Although it is possible if you add a discrete GPU.

Using a RX550 with 4Gb or GeForce 1650 4Gb will be ok?

Regarding the RX 550

Regarding Polaris, basically every model of card is supported as long as it’s running either a Polaris or Baffin core(lower end cards like the RX550 run a Lexa core meaning no support in macOS).

As for the 1650. It's a Turing based card and was never supported in macOS.
