Hardware HEVC Encoder doesn't work on Compressor

Hi,
I'm having nice experiences over music production and video editing on my new Ryzentosh, but have a minor but serious problem.

RADEON RX580 on my machine has H.264 & HEVC Hardware Encoder/Decoder. But Apple Compressor App won't encode HEVC video with it.
It works nicely with Hardware Encoder when encoding H.264 video, or encode HEVC video using another video encoding app (VideoProc, it has a feature to let us check hardware accelarator existence, as attached image)

Anyone have ideas, solutions or same problem?

Thank you for your reply,
Yes, it's the app I'm struggling for! same symptom when transcode video by Compressor alone and when along with FCPX. In addition, same problem when encoding on FCPX itself (without sending to Compressor).
I'm trying just to transcode H.264 videos to lower bitrate H.264 or HEVC.

I guessed SMBIOS matters, as I set my SMBIOS as iMacPro1,1 but real iMac Pro uses T2 chip to encode HEVC. So I changed it to iMac19,1 because it has no T2 chip.
But then any hardware decoder/encoder including H.264 ones was detected, so I reverted SMBIOS to iMacPro1,1.
I don't set any WhateverGreen-related boot-args, once tried "-radcodec" but had no effect.

I'll give any information if it might help, please tell me what to check.

Just use Handbrake or VideoProc. You can't have it all with a Ryzen Hackintosh, sorry. There'll always be issues.

Which version of macOS you’re using ? Hevc seems to be broken on latest Big Sur beta 9

I'm on Catalina 10.15.5, I've not tried Big Sur beta.
