Hey buddy while I remember I thought I would tell you how to get your ethernet working as somebody just told me a new method so I thought I would pass it on to you.
all you got to do is go into the config.plist and add the following to your boot arguments.

dk.e1000=0

Then save and restart and your ethernet should come to life.

This really worked, nice!

BTW, I got Big Sur fully running now. I somehow had a problem (Don't know what exactly) and installed Catalina first and upgraded from there. Then I used the EFI you provided me with and everything works perfectly! Thanks again. Gotta wait for the new wifi adapter now and then my build is finished.
