Dual Boot Graphic

Hello,
i want to build a dual boot system. Right now I have a GTX 1070 I now it isnt working with catalina. My idea is, to buy a rx550 and put it into my other pci port. I have no idea if it works. I also have no idea how I can "say" my computer, that he has to boot mac os on rx 550 and Windows on my 1070.
