Doesn't boot : OCB : System has no boot entries

Hi i'm new here and I have not yet succeed in booting.

Error :
"OCB : System has no boot entries
OC : Failed to show boot menu!
Halting on critical error"

Here is my config.plist file

If somebody know the trick it would be great !
