Solved Discord crashing

I have installed discord and when I use the mic open setting it’s crashing the app, to fix that you need to change the mic setting to push to talk.
But when I share screen it’s crashing also.
Someone know how to fix that ?

I saw this but I don’t know how to use this, there is any step by step guide?

there’s nothing to it really just copy the environment.plist file into $HOME/Library/LaunchAgents/ and reboot
