CPU power stuck at 3.9hz

any idea why my 5950x is only clocking at 3.9 ghz when full load when using hackintosh? while in windows i can run my CPU over 4.7ghz and having a score of 30k+ on cinebench.
updated opencore to 0.7.2
updated all kexts
updated all AMD power gadget
still the same stuck at 3.9ghz all cores

Do you have Core performance boost enabled in the AMD Power Gadget. Nothing special is required for it to work on macOS. Here's mine while Cinebench is running

That is to be expected for a 16 Core, the Cinebench 23 Score also matches about what the CPU can deliver.

The more cores you have, the lower is the maximum clock you can reach for workloads that use all cores.
My 3950X also reaches about 4.1GHz on all cores. Run Cinebench for single core and check the maximum frequency it reaches, then it should be much higher.

my motherboard is C8DH, and i open the OC Switcher & PBO2, i reach 28000 in r23。
but in windows i can reach 30000 in r23
