Greetings. Here's my success story...
Last year, I had a working Mojave 10.14.1 that I built with Clover. I tried upgrading Portrait Pro 18 to the new v.21 and it crashed my system. So I decided to rebuild with OpenCore and Catalina.
My Specs
Motherboard - ASRock x299 Taichi
CPU - AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950x
GPU - Sapphire RX580 Pulse 8GB
RAM - 8x 8GB HyperX Predator DDR4 RGB 2933MHz
SSD - Samsung 860 EVO
SMBIOS - iMacPro1,1
What's working
Onboard Wifi & Bluetooth
Apple services (iMessage, iCloud, Appstore etc.)
Microsoft Office
What's not working
Sleep - Manual/Auto
Using Dortania OpenCore 0.6.3 Install Guide and followed the instructions.
