Hi, i've tried to install Catalina on my hardware:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Radeon rx5500xt
Gigabyte B450 DS3H
and successfully begin the installation but, after reboot i don't have option "Install macOS" in picker menu.
Only usb drive and nvram reset.
Here's my efi folder.
I use last opencore release.

Either change MinVersion / MinDate to -1 (from 0) or add the values required for Catalina. (MinVersion=1412101001000000 MinDate=20190820). It will then show up in the bootpicker menu.

exactly like @RyzeCooker said but you also need to have the SecureBootModel set to j137 or Disabled
