Can someone help me install Catalina on my rig?

Hey guys, I'm new to this hackintosh thing and I've got no idea in how to start, I would like to run MacOS Catalina on my PC, it has the following specs:
AMD A6-6400K (overclocked to 4.4Ghz)
4Gb of RAM DDR3 (overclocked to 1866Mhz)
Nvidia GeForce GT-1030 2Gb GDDR5
My motherboard is an AsRock FM2A68M-HD+
If Catalina is not supported by my PC, I don't mind installing older versions as long as it works, thanks in advance.

The highest version of MacOS that supports your video card is High Sierra.
