Can it Hackintosh? ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus

Hello, I am typically a linux guy, but I'm making the move over to apple and buying a macbook air. Thinking about hackintoshing my desktop to go with it. If someone can point me toward a good tutorial, that'd be pretty sweet too.

Here is my system specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
ASUS AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus (WiFi)
32GB T-FORCE DDR4 3200 RAM
NVIDIA GTX 1050TI
1TB Intel 665p Series M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe 3.0 SSD

I think I read that High Sierra is all I can hope for with the GTX 1050. I'll upgrade someday when crypto crashes.
