BlackMagic DeckLink 4K PRO freezes Threadripper Hack

Hi all! Im having an issue with my Decklink 4K Pro. The card is recognized correctly by the driver and os but once I try to send video out of it, (Resolve, Premiere, etc) will freeze and hang with a beachball. I am running on 10.15.7 with a threadripper 2970wx 24 core with blackmagic desktop video 12. If anyone knows what might be causing this or how to fix it, would be greatly appreciated! The apps are fine with the card disabled.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
