Big Sur installation problem

Hi, everybody. Today I tried to install amd big sur hackintosh and I've got the following problem: when i press "install big sur" after bios load I see a lot of debug debug information and then it just stops. I can't see apple load etc. Please help if you can.

Here is my pc conf:
amd ryzen 8
asus x570i strix
radeon rx 5700 xt
64gb ram
2tb nvme ssd

I've attached EFI folder and some logs. Maybe someone can tell me what is wrong.
Note: I tried to make installation without internet access.

Hard to tell from that. There's no error there that would cause it to halt or reboot.

I’ve done the installation. The only problem left is that system crashes when blouetooth is on. Maybe you know any fix?
