Hey guys,

After some work, I managed to run MacOS Big Sur around here using OC 0.6.4. Apparently everything is working fine, except for AppleTV.

When trying to play some content on the platform, I get the green screen, I normally hear the audio, but I can't see the image. I had this same problem in Catalina, and I managed to solve it by adding parameters in the boot-args. Unfortunately this solution did not work on Big Sur.

Did anyone else have this problem?

I read somewhere that this is due to the use of the displayport, use the hdmi connection...

I've tried that too.

I had even read this tip somewhere, too, but it didn't work.

Hi,
ive got the same issue and it only started with 11,1.
I have full DRM apart from main videos on Apple TV and can’t find a solution to it personally.
If I find a resolve to it il let you know but I’m at a loss as to why.
iMacPro 1,1 and MacPro7,1 should give you full drm across the board with no need to do anything.
It might be a 11.1 problem I think.
Does anybody else using BigSur 11.1 actually have it working on a Ryzen with proof cos I would like to see it to baffle me Evan furtherL lol

@Cristian_Ykz Hello again,
Im back to tell you how to fix DRM properly and get back a Picture instead of a green screen. :)
Using the latest version of Whatevergreen (1.4.7) that I will attach bellow.
You need to extract your GPU path and add it to your device properties.
In my instance and probably everybody else using the top PCIe slot its
PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x3,0x1)/Pci(0x0,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0)
Then add the following with this Data value - unfairgva 01000000
When done it should look like this.

Restart and HeyPresto!!!!
AppleTV and Apple Music Streaming will work again.
Enjoy and let me know your result is you try it.

Hey man, @AudioGod

Thank you very much for your help and sorry for the delay in responding. I have a lot of demands at work and I couldn't dedicate myself to the Mac.

I did what you suggested, just changing the path of the PCIe slot patch, which was different from yours by a comma instead of the period. The most important thing is that it really solved the problem, now it is working correctly.

Thank you very much!!

Awesome buddy, I’m glad I could help.
could you do me a little favour in return when you get a chance and post your results of success for AppleTV here please?

Theres a user on there that doesn’t beleave it works simply because it doesn’t work for them and has been talking about me on the discord as he has nothing better to do? LoL
Your Results might just chill him out..😂
Nice One,
AG
