Is your system able to go to sleep now? I am on BIOS F12 and still can't go to sleep mode (starts power toggling). The culprit is GPP0 and not the USB I think. GPP0 should be top M.2 slot. I still haven't figured out why and how.
Everything seems work for me though except sleep and when I use the first DP port on my Vega64, my monitor will stay black when I turn it on. When I choose the 2nd DP port it works somehow.
I also added my USB port mapping. Because I saw you discussed it a lot with others.
Also added the Kext's I am using.

my project is working very well so far.
Even Ventura runs without problems.
I have now solved my USB entries via SSDT.
Unfortunately Sleep still does not work.
I will remove the unnecessary Kext drivers in the next release.
By the way, Sleep with Bios version 12 still worked without problems for me with 2 NVME's installed.
But I have no priority on this function at the moment.
