You would need to disable above 4G in the bios and add the boot argument npci=0x2000, Disable the SecureBootModel in the config.plist but I doubt very much you will be able to boot into BigSur anyway using that gpu.
High Sierra or bust I’m afraid,

Disable above 4g like audiogod mentioned then Disable the TPM module if you have one and clear the key. Or if you don’t have one installed, switch from software to hardware dedicated TPM will disable it. Give it another try.

After turning off the PC, it started again after a few seconds. I had to solve it by disabling in BIOS Advanced -> APM Configuration -> Power On by PCIe -> Enabled. After disabling it is turned off OK. I still deal with sleep work. But he won't fall asleep, but freezes. It must then be restarted by deleting CMOS. Will it be about I don't have a mapped USBMAP?

Yeah, that setting seems to have upset shutdown since 4010 for some users. Strangely though it doesn’t effect my setup at all.
Il mark it as disabled from the next update to play it safe for everybody.

Looks like BIOS 4021 is out, I'll give it a try and see if any issues crop up.
I have been using it since it released A few days ago. All working fine. 👍

No that sounds like a different kind of problem to me.
Here's the mapping for a Dark Hero anyway, See if it helps at all.
Sorry I didn't send it to you sooner but it totally slipped my mind.

Have you tried simply resetting your NVRAM?
Also what NVMe‘s are you using in your system?

Other things to try, Bring the system down to barebones and remove all USB devices internal and external bar your keyboard and mouse and test from there. If it works slowly put stuff back testing sleep every step of the way until fails and then you will know what’s causing it.
