Got mine working using OC 0.6.0
Specs:
Motherboard: ASRock X370M-HDV (Micro-ATX)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1700X (default clock)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 2666MHz (default clock)
Graphics: MSI Radeon RX 570 8GB
NVMe: ADATA SX8200Pro 512GB
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 1TB
SSDT:
Dumped using SSDTTime, generate EC and PLUG (prebuilt ones causes panic)
Use prebuilt SSDT-EC-USBX.aml and then use Hackintool to generate:
SMBIOS:
MacPro7,1 SMBIOS (other SMBIOS will causes freeze right after login)
iMacPro1,1, works like a charm
Kexts:

Kexts:

- NVMeFix.kext
- RealtekRTL8111.kext
- USBPorts.kext
- VirtualSMC.kext
- VoodooHDA.kext (AppleALC causes audio distortion and fail to passthrough to HDMI/DP)
- WhateverGreen.kext
- Everything
- iServices (after numerous Serial number and ROM modification)
- Added USB Wi-Fi (Using D-Link DWA-121)
Work In Progress:
- Memory shows halved by 1333MHz (it supposed to be 2666 MHz) --> I doesn't affect performance
