Any one can please tell me to how to do proper usb map

Have you tried without mapping USB ports as Big Sur is working fine for a lot of people without any USB mapping on X570 boards.

sleep isn't my main thing. I need usb map because proper power supply to the usb ports because I am music producer

other option is using hackintool by headkaze. I'm not sure if it fixes your usb port power issue though.
On USB tab of hackintool you'll find the enumerated ports. Plug in 2.0 and 3.x devices on all ports and it will light up accordingly. Remove ports you don't need and click Export. It will create a kext for you.
