i have a vm running macOS but its limited to the power of the vm and trying to add more power to it stresses everything. was wondering if trying to attempt a hackintosh is even worth it, as i cant really find "hardware Compatibility" unless im just blind and didnt see it.
Your Nvidia GTX1650 card is not supported in macOS. if you have a n AMD GPU that would be a better option.

Yes the other components are fine for running macOS. With the proviso that some MSI motherboards have problems running macOS Monterey, due to a firmware/bios issue. So Catalina or Big Sur should be your first option when you install macOS.
A compatible AMD GPU is always best when running macOS. But some old Kepler series Nvidia GPU‘s can be used to run macOS up to and including Big Sur. As is shown in the GPU Buyers Guide linked above.
