Faced Rooting from the live fs of a sealed volume is not allowed on a RELEASE build kernel panic.
Fixed it by setting Misc->Security->SecureBootModel to Disabled
@Shaneee is it prefferred to keep it in Disabled?
Fixed bootloop by changing ScanPolicy to 0
The earlier stuck was caused by Bluetooth. A quick read here, fixed that
But nevertheless, I did a clean install
Started monterey update but was stuck at IOKit Daemon (kernelmanagerd) stall[1], (240s): 'BCM20702A0' for a long time. Eventually booted into Monterey.
Restarted the system but whenver I choose the macOS SSD it starts to boot and then the system immediatly reboots into the OpenCore picker
finally booted to monterey and then restarted. But now aftee selecting the drive from the boot picker. Its bootlooping back to MSI LOGO and then OC picker
I had the same issue but I accidentally messed up my SSD and had to create an EFI from scratch. IDK what's the difference but this did the trick. Maybe there was something off in my EFI.
Now no issues with Chrome or Spotify for me.
Bought a used SSD and tried installing Ubuntu but accidentally messed up with the macOS partition. Tried reinstalling but realized that SecureBootModel values have changed since OC 0.7.2. So decided to start from scratch and it's all good now.
