Thanks to the enormous work done by members of this forum and the Hackintosh community I've managed to complete a stable running build at a first try.
It isn't perfect yet but most stuff runs smoothly.
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X

Yeah audio interfaces are often tricky.. I used to have problems with one from Akai - it was adding delays and bit decimation to audio upon using any bluetooth device on a MacBook but nearly didn't work at all on Windows :D

It's basically the same for me. I have a MBP but it's not powerful enough hence I decided to build a hackintosh. I used Apple for years but I'm not exactly a fan of stuff you can't repair once it breaks.
