I have a successful Hackintosh with the "F21" bios...What I did to make it work is Diabled the "SetupVirtualMaps" Quirk in Booter section add added "npci=0x2000 shikigva=128" to my bootargs. I needed the "npci=0x2000" even though I had Above 4G Decoding Enabled.It is weird to keep both...
I will share you the EFI you can Take what ever You need....I got the SSDTs from Anti..I still learning to make the SSDTs...You may also need some Apple brcm kexts to enable the WiFi and Bluetooth stuff. Please search for similar motherbord like you they could help you in finding the kexts for...

Adding ncpi=0x2000 while having above 4G Decoding is weird...But our Motherboard seems to work okie with that...Can't find the reason for that...

Hello mates I have an Intel 3rd gen Ivy Bridge CPU with a ASRock H61m-S1 plus motherboard...I had the same issue Because My motherboard BIOS is dumb so it won't recognize the EFi in my HDD so I a Reddit Post which helped me to make a boot Entry for OpenCore....If some have this issue You can try...
this is my boot args -v keepsyms=1 debug=0x100 npci=0x2000 alcid=3 agdpmod=pikera shikigva=128

I haven't yet upgraded my OpenCore to 0.6.1 but i ll share you my config file...

Edit: just set your XMP...
I have tried that but now I am getting green screen....with partially visible Recovery dialog box....the log files just print "Connecting to drivers........ " that is it no other info....
I enabled the 4g decode and disabled csm...I did even touch XMP profile..Is there any thing I need to change in XMP ?

I was struggling to boot for days. no Matter what config.plist parameters are change it will stuck at "[EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] 2020-09-04T09:56:13"
