Your config.plist was overdone and some kernel patch was not updated. The one I uploaded is just the basic stuff with updated kext, opencore, and kernel patch. Let's just say it is close to the dortania guide. Sorry I just checked it again. I missed the intel ethernet kext. Please use this...

    Ryzen 5800x MSI B450 Tomahawk (non-Max) 11.4 BigSur - OpenCore 0.7.2

try this one. I removed some of your kexts. This one is OpenCore 0.7.2. Changed SMBIOS to MacPro7,1 Updated some kexts to latest releas You have to do this: disable 4G Decoding in BIOS (If your board supports it) re-map your USB ports You have to re-generate new serials for SMBIOS...

For me it's spot on. I used it on all of my ryzen hackintosh. MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, and Asrock boards was properly mapped. Try to check your kexts too. If you updated to latest version of opencore, it is better to update your kexts used too.

Test it first. USBtoolbox is pretty much spot on with mapping. post your result here. The companion means it automatically configured that specific port for USB 2.0 and 3.0 specs which saves you time. Unlike when you use it in mac environment, you have to plug in a usb 2.0 and usb 3.0 device on...

can try to Re-map your USB using USBToolbox Here is the link: https://github.com/USBToolBox/tool That's the easiest way to do your USB mapping in my opinion. All you need is a USB 2.0 device and USB 3.0 device. Maybe that can help
