No, in the OpenCore menu. There should be an option called 'reset nvram'.

You're right. I think my EFI have a pb. I came back to a previous version of my OC069 and it's ok with Windows . Now I m trying to coming back to the restrictevent kext

Ah, the very latest I see. Oddly enough Gigabyte doesn't offer F12 anymore on the official bios page. I could make the jump to F33 but I'm not experiencing any issues. The macOS experience has been rock solid, not a single kernel panic in nearly a year.
