I tried to apply patch to 4800H CPU notebook, but Catalina and Big Sur didn't boot properly.

Theoretically yes but you'll not get any support for the GPU. There's no official or 3rd party drivers available.

I know, but I can't pass the kernel verification. Do you have any suggestions or solutions?

Without any info I'd say your missing the kernel patches. But like I said there's no support for your GPU.

Well it depends on what the config is you have. The Ryzen 4000 APUs will only work in combination with a discrete Radeon GPU, of which at this time only consists of the Dell G5 SE and the MSI Alpha ones. NVIDIA is a no-go of course and the iGPU sadly hasn’t had support ever.
