Davinci Resolve 16 not working

[Opal21]

I installed Resolve 16 from MacAppStore and when I open it, it loads for a 2-5 seconds and it crashes. I get this pop-up to open again or to ignore this problem.
Ryzen 5 2600
RX 5700
Opencore 0.5.8
OSX 10.15.4

confirmed! worked for me also ... but, why do I need to replace this file? what is it doing?

Previously, I had had to drop back to DR 16.1.2 to prevent the problem. I updated to 16.2 and I had to replace libiomp5.dylib. It worked. Then I went to 16.2.1 and I had to replace the file again. It worked. Today I updated to 16.2.3 and once again I had to replace the lib file. It Works. Looks like updates remove the working (for us) file. Thanks so much.
